The bot supports MSN/Google Talk and Jabber clients. It is a Java servlet that listens to the MSN and XMPP protocols and gives full interaction between you and the BOT -  and I must say I love the Java 1.5 possibilities of Domino 8!

To keep posted to what happens at dominoExperts in real time add the bot as your friend in either MSN or Google Talk or your favourite Jabber client:

bot(at)dominoExperts.com for MSN (the "(at)" should be replaced with @)
dominoExperts.com(at)gmail.com for Google Talk/Jabber

The commands you can type to the BOT are:

help/? - Shows the help page
sh ta  - Shows how dominoExperts server is doing
start - Starts a subscription to dominoExperts
stop  - Stops the subscription
tip   - Gives you advice in choosing e-mail system

The posabillities are endless really.

The MSN or Live Messenger as it is called nowadays part of the BOT died a few days ago. Microsoft changed their API and was not supporting the old API's any more (Surprise!).

Since the BOT is quite stubborn on keeping a connection it kept hammering the MSN server every 30 seconds. 

I have updated some libraries and now the MSN part is operational again.
